Our Mission
Notary Office Aleksandra Mleczek and Agnieszka Wolicka-Nosek is a practice where legal security and Client comfort come first.
We provide professional notarial services in a friendly atmosphere. We make every effort to ensure that each notarial act is carried out efficiently, reliably, and to the highest standards.
Our office is located in the center of Rumia, at ul. Dąbrowskiego 14, in a convenient location with easy access and nearby parking.

Notary
Aleksandra Mleczek
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. Associated with the notarial profession since 2014. She passed the notarial examination in 2020 and from 2021 served as a notarial deputy. She was appointed to the position of notary by decision of the Minister of Justice in March 2026. She is fluent in English.
Notary
Agnieszka Wolicka-Nosek
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. She also completed legal counsel training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Gdańsk. From 2019 to 2026 she practised as a legal counsel. In 2026 she retrained as a notary. She is fluent in English.
